Why Avanza door hard to close ?

Hi,

anybody encounter issue with new avanza’s door are hard close, need to slam it hard to get it close, doesn’t look like Toyota quality at all.

I’ve recently installed cushion cover for my new avanza at price of $380, material is made of PU and some leather I think, not bad quality consider the price, now I’m looking for tips on better fuel consumption, anybody has try any product that’s proven to improve fuel consumption ?
